It’s great if you’re genuinely just interested in other people’s cultures and day to day lives. You can connect on a whole other level without it getting scammy or uncomfortable.
This app is well-designed and while not every user is perfect, they have plenty of tools to weed out the problem characters. I feel safe using it and I’ve met some lovely people.
