These terms cover your use of Dating App Report ("the site"). By using the site, you agree to them.

01Scope

  1. These terms apply to everything between you and the operator of this site.
  2. Using the site means you accept them.

02What this site does

  1. We collect dating app reviews, count what they say, and publish the counts.
  2. Every number on this site comes from counting — reviews we collected, their star ratings and averages, or votes cast by readers of this site. None of it is a finding about the app, the company, or any person.

03What you may not do

Do not:

  • Break the law
  • Interfere with the running of the site
  • Crawl or scrape the site in a way that places a heavy load on it
  • Republish or redistribute our content without a link back
  • Use the site to attack a person
  • Do anything else that harms the site or its readers in a similar way

04What we do not promise

  1. We do not guarantee that the information is accurate or complete.
  2. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss or disputes arising from your use of the site.
  3. We may pause or close the site without notice.
  4. Some places do not allow limits like these. Nothing in these terms takes away rights that the law where you live gives you and does not let you waive.

05Reviews you post

  1. You are responsible for what you post.
  2. We may remove a post without notice if we judge it to be false, abusive, or a breach of someone else's rights, and we may decline to publish a post without sending a notice. We do not remove a review just because it is negative — about an app, or about us.
  3. We may use what you post in the counts and pages on this site.

06App names, logos, and corrections

  1. App names, logos, and trademarks belong to their owners. We use them to identify the apps we write about.
  2. What we publish comes from counting public reviews, which a language model sorts by subject. It is not the view of any regulator and it is not a legal finding.
  3. If you run an app and want something removed or corrected, use the contact form. We will check it and respond.
  4. If you believe something on this site infringes your copyright, tell us through the contact form what it is and where it appears. We will review it and take it down or reply with why not.

07Copyright

  1. The counts, pages, and text we write belong to the operator.
  2. You may quote us if you link back. You do not need to ask first.
  3. Copying without a link back, and commercial reuse, are not allowed.

08Links out, and affiliate links

  1. We are not responsible for the content or services on sites we link to.
  2. Some links to dating apps are affiliate links. If you sign up through one, we may be paid. That payment does not change what the reviews say or how we count them.

09Governing law

  1. These terms are governed by the law of Japan, where the operator is based.
  2. If there is a dispute, contact us first — most problems are corrections, and we handle those through the contact form.
  3. This choice of law does not take away consumer protections that the law where you live gives you.
