Percentages are out of 9,148 reviews rated 4-5 stars (after removing 1 that push a referral code), and 9,398 rated 1-3 stars that say what went wrong.
We left out 1 reviews that exist to push an invite code, since they don't describe using the app.
Typical app is the median across apps with 30 or more reviews in the same star range on the same store. Unhappy reviews are rated 1–3 stars and say what went wrong. Happy reviews are rated 4–5 stars.
