Is Farmers Match legit? What 300+ reviews say

I purchased the premium subscription, which is supposed to unlock everything, and it doesn’t register. There’s no support to contact. It’s a complete scam and should be removed from the App Store.

The app does not load and there is no way to contact anyone for a refund. Whoever owns this app is getting very rich from scamming people.
