Like the people you could live with. If they like you back, it's a match and you can chat. You can only message someone once you've both liked each other. So the people you talk to are people who chose you too. WHAT YOU SEE BEFORE YOU DECIDE How close their habits are to yours on the stuff that actually causes problems. Cleanliness, noise, social energy, how much you want to hang out. Shout outs from people who have actually lived with them. Mutual friends and linked socials, when people add them.
