Rubbish app. Seems like 95% of possible matches are fake accounts. So many accounts only have a name and no other profile info so unlikely to be real accounts who are looking for connections.
I paid 49.95 for this app and after two days I can't get on the site. There has been no help whatsoever.
What happened to you helps the next person decide. A line or two is fine.
