Bored Chat
A count of what reviewers wrote, not a finding about the company.
Bored? Why not chat to other people who are just as bored as you! Bored Chat allows you to meet new people when you'd otherwise be mindlessly surfing the net. But what really makes Bored Chat interesting is that all chats are PUBLIC. Yup, that's right, welcome to the age of no privacy! So not only can you meet new people, you can actually view other people's conversations first. In other words you can make sure they're actually interesting before saying "hi"! Now, if you're super, super bored, you can just lurk for a while and watch other people make totally-not-cringeworthy conversations!!! (Seriously, there's some really, really totally-not-cringeworthy conversations on Bored Chat. Mostly by the staff of Bored Chat tbh.) And who knows, you may just find someone interesting to talk to. You can tell a lot about someone by how they interact with others: are they witty? Are they friendly? Are they respectful? If the answer is yes, simply strike up a conversation by saying "hi". As we say here at Bored Chat HQ "there's nothing boring about Bored Chat!!!" * * We don't actually say that. PREMIUM PRICING & TERMS With Bored Chat Premium, you will be able to take all your chats private. Chat about what you'd like to without the world snooping on your every message! Premium costs US$0.99 per month and you can cancel anytime. These prices are for US customers. Pricing in other countries may vary, and actual charges may be converted to your local currency depending on your country of residence. Bored Chat Premium subscriptions are charged through your iTunes account upon confirmation of purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your account settings on the App Store. Refunds are not provided for the unused portion of any term, and any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when a purchase is made. Unhappy reviews are rated 1–3 stars and say what went wrong (110 for Bored Chat). Happy reviews are rated 4–5 stars. One review can raise several topics. Typical app is the median across apps with 30 or more reviews in the same star range on the same store. More than most means at least 1.5 times the typical app; fewer than most means half or less.

I was just using my account normally and out of nowhere it was deleted. Tried reaching out to support, but nothing.

You can only start at 30 + There should be a 50 and a 60 plus option should be a 60 plus
I had to get a new phone because my original broke then I couldn’t get the account back. Reached out to the creator and they never got back to me so I just deleted the app
It really helps with social isolation and people are respectful on there. At least the ones I’ve met.
I’ve been on this app since 2020 and I’d still come back anytime. This is the safest app I’ve found to chat with people. Less creepy people and you could see other people chats. A bonus just in case t...

My roommate uses this app and we’ve been sick so he suggested it to me. I’m not sure if it’s because we’re on the same WiFi but it won’t let me send messages. I know I know you’re thinking maybe no on...
Definitely a solid app for if you’re just literally bored and looking to talk to some people. I like the anonymity of it, as well.

This is a great app there aren’t any fees and no email things so privacy is definitely protected this is so great DOWNLOAD NOW STOP WAITING
Great app that’s clean and to the point. Fills a niche no other app seems to. Dev is super receptive and directly communicates with users.
This is seriously one of the best apps I’ve ever used. This beats any platform like LMK, be friends. It is so easy to talk to people. There are no scammers or people wanting to take advantage of you. ...
Still no response from developers on why my account won’t send messages.
I love how low key the app is, but why most I have to chat for long time before I am able to exchange pictures with whoever I am chatting with? Please fix this. Thanks.
I’ve messaged people and have gotten any responses and they have all been on delivered. I do just say “hi” or “hey ^^” and nothing
Been messaging people but not a single reply. Not worth my time trying if no one responds to messages.
This is great and all, and it's cool but I wish there was a feature where you can delete a text or decide if your conversation is private without having to make one. But other than that, it's cool!
Recently haven’t been able to actually use it it’s been crashing
I love how low key it is!! By that I mean it’s so private when it comes to like seeing who you’re talking to! You’re basically getting to know someone the old school way!! Except it’s based off your i...
How will I chat
What happened to you helps the next person decide. A line or two is fine.
Deleting the account
